on Nasdaq, engages with our firm in order to have U.S. representation
with the professional investment business. Investor interest in
oncology research and drug development was high, but limited by lack of
U.S. management presence and a board of directors with no U.S. oncology
specialists. Success was measured in changing management and adding to
the Board and commensurate improvement in share price.
