Solar-Gem
Solar-Gem aims to "light-up the world" by providing affordable
off-grid energy based on clean solar technologies to the 1.6 billion
people still without electricity and lighting in rural and regional
populations.
Electricity is one of the critical inputs for overall development of a
country and is one of the main infrastructure requirements for
development. Despite this, much of the world's population is without
this basic need and rely on gasoline, candles, and firewood for light.
This is not only effecting limited fossil fuels but impacting
significantly on the environment in a detrimental manner.
Formed in 2008 the Solar-Gem team brings over 200 man-years of
experience in designing and deploying off-grid solar power systems in
developed and developing nations, industrial design, banking, volume
electronic manufacturing and telecommunications.
The Solar-Gem team is ideally equipped and positioned to design and
deploy reliable and affordable solar powered off-grid lighting systems
anywhere in the world.

Better Medicines
Verseon's breakthrough
technology has a vast impact on the future of drug discovery by
shortening the time required to develop a drug, and increasing the rate
of success in obtaining regulatory approval.
There are several
highly significant market needs that drive Verseon's business
opportunity:
- long drug discovery
cycles required to bring drugs to market;
- adverse cross-reactions of drugs in clinical trials leading to
very high failure rates;
- the lack of new medicines in the development pipeline and a
large wave of upcoming patent expirations.
The Verseon solution
has been designed to address all of these market needs and deliver on
the promise of true rational drug design and optimization.

Exinda, Inc.
Exinda was a small, privately funded company from Australia that wanted to grow its business by taking its technology into the larger and more mature North America market. We were able to take a very direct and fast tracked path into the U.S. with the close guidance and direction of key members from Marquis Advisory Group. The assistance was strategic and tactical in areas such as business planning, human resources, finance strategy, venture capital and legal. The team is experienced and thoughtful. The work was direct, concise and efficient. Within 6-8 months of the relationship Exinda raised its Series A round of funding which set the U.S. operations wheels in motion.

Nintex, Inc.
Nintex is a software company headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. In 2007, the plan was to expand into the U.S. market with a low cost entry model and implement a sales and marketing division to have local presence supporting customers and partners. Within a three month period we engaged the Marquis Advisory Group who assisted with a range of setup requirements to do business in the U.S. as an Australian based company. We estimated a 45% saving in costs with HR, Visas and company setup structure that allowed us to begin trading the day we arrived in the U.S. The Marquis Advisory Group delivered on promises and exceeded our expectations. We now have a strong channel in place and have been achieving results that exceed our budgets.
